I’ve heard some people say, “I need somebody to give me responsibility”, what they’re saying in essence is “I need someone to tell me what to do.” But the truth is nobody will give you responsibility; it’s up to you to become responsible by yourself. You become responsible by looking out for a need and reaching out to meet that need. That in itself is a fundamental principle of success.
